2.4 Account Security

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
8z777 supports transactions only through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted and may not be returned.
3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted, and any unprocessed funds will be returned automatically.
3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
3.4 Withdrawal Terms
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- 8z777 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus — on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have a separate expiry period — if not used before expiry, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise.
- A user's account must be fully verified in order to receive a bonus.
- 8z777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- 8z777 reserves the right to investigate accounts suspected of bonus abuse.
VIP Program
The 8z777 VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, users can advance to higher tiers and enjoy additional benefits:
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
VIP tiers and associated benefits may change at any time. Cashback is added to the account automatically and separate conditions may apply for withdrawal.
Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as punishable offences:
- Providing false information on an account.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse — in particular, gaining an unfair advantage through multiple accounts or strategic betting.
- Playing games using computer software, bots, or automated methods.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Using a third party's account or payment method.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
In the event of any violation of the above rules, 8z777 is entitled to immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action where applicable.

In the event of a rule violation, 8z777 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. Funds may be forfeited in cases of proven fraud.
